2010 Rates and Policies

Crescent Isle Cottages are open from May 24 – October 1.

Off season rates and specials are based on double occupancy offered before June 27 and after Aug 31. Week-end specials are available periodically throughout the season.

We have 13 housekeeping cottages. Nine of our cottages are two bedroom units with open decks. Three of our units are larger 2 bedroom units with screened-in verandas. We also have one newly renovated one bedroom cottage and eight cottages with newly renovated bathrooms. There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and each bedroom has a double bed. All living rooms have a pull out couch for additional sleeping.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

A deposit of $250 for each week **reserved guarantees a reservation as booked.

Because visitors to PEI make their plans months in advance, there is not an opportunity to fill unexpected vacancies created by short notice and last minute cancellations. Given also that we are a small cottage business operating with a very short season, it was necessary to develop a cancellation policy. This policy was developed to guarantee our guests accommodation as booked and also recognize the reservation dependent nature of our operation.  It is understood that once a cottage is reserved the booking will be secured and that our guests will be responsible for the full period booked. A full refund, less a $50 administration fee once a deposit is processed will be made available to anyone canceling by June 1st. If we receive a cancellation or reduced booking after June 1st, the deposit will be non-refundable. Partial refunds on the balance owing will be made only if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the equivalent time of the original reservation.
